Search underway for Radford woman missing since Sunday

Area police continue to search for a Radford woman who went missing Sunday and may be in need of medication.
Stephany Michelle Akers, 27, also known as Stephany Proffitt, was last seen Sunday at 2 p.m. in Pearisburg, Radford Police Lt. Andy Wilburn said.
