Woman with history of credit card fraud pleads guilty in Montgomery County

The woman stole two wallets in a break room at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, the assistant commonwealth’s attorney said.

  1. Why was that woman still on the streets with that many convictions? She needs to be put away for a long time.
