Large housing and commercial development proposed for Blacksburg’s South Main Street

Copper Beech Townhome Communities, a developer with properties in Radford and elsewhere in Virginia and around the country, submitted a request to rezone almost 27 acres to general commercial and low-density multi-unit residential.
