Framers’ intent: Build 2 new houses in Blacksburg

Between Saturday morning and Sunday night, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Lynchburg-based Road Trip Crazies came close to turning concrete slabs into two houses, the first that the New River Valley Habitat chapter has built since 2007.
