Virginia Tech power plant employee arrested after altercation
A Virginia Tech power plant employee has been arrested after an altercation occurred with a supervisor at the facility this morning, according to campus Police Chief Wendell Flinchum.
DeWayne Edward Wilburn, 48, has been charged with malicious wounding, Flinchum said.
