		<description><![CDATA[The inability to be monitored opens the door to police abuse and poor public relations.  Citizens are already beginning to question what the police have to hide by preventing open monitoring - whatever happened to transparency?  We have a right to know what is going on in our community, without censorship and/or the interpretations of a trained spokesperson in the department.  The police should consider an open, live rebroadcast of the digital channels in analog.]]></description>
