Federal-Mogul will pay fine to state
State environmental regulators have cited a Blacksburg auto parts plant for deficiencies in its storage of hazardous waste. Most of the violations involved record keeping and monitoring.
Federal-Mogul Corp. will pay a fine of $11,600 as part of an agreement reached with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.
