Awesome. This is one of the prime anchors that will generate tons of foot traffic. First and Main – despite the recession and the battles that preceded its development – is a great space in a great location and I shop and dine there often. This addition will benefit everyone and I’m hoping the new ownership can now gain traction and momentum and fill out the center. Being able to catch a first run feature movie here will be great vs. needing to run out to NRV Mall for them. The Lyric Theatre is strongly positioned as an Indie Film and Performance Theatre so there’s no worry about infringing on their offering as research shows Frank Theatres is all about the new release blockbusters. A Kohl’s either redeveloped in the Books A Million space or build on the orientation behind the Kroger Center would also be great. It’s a good department store with the right pricing for our region and we don’t have one in the NRV – which meets all of their desired market categories of population, house hold income and retail competitors.
