Floyd man’s hearing in death of daughter is waived
A Floyd County man facing a capital murder charge after the death of his daughter waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday in the county’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
Eder Rodriguez-Guzman, originally from Mexico, was arrested after his 2-year-old daughter, Jocelyn, was found dead Nov. 23, 2011, in the family’s home. Rodriguez-Guzman was 29 at the time of the incident.
