Storm delivers flooding, damage to Southwest Virginia

A storm system packing heavy rain and wind drenched Southwest Virginia on Wednesday, flooding many roads and leaving damage in its wake.

In Pulaski County, many homes and businesses were damaged by high winds Wednesday afternoon.
