		<description><![CDATA[I completely agree that the new prohibition is unnecessary. I attended RU and graduated in 2011. While I was there, the smoking rules stated that smokers must stand 25 feet away from building entrances while smoking. Nobody complained about people smoking on campus, to my knowledge, with this rule in place because the smoking did not affect nonsmokers. I think that it&#039;s ridiculous to take their rights away while on campus. I am not a smoker, but I realize that many people use nicotine to calm their nerves, which is something that people want to do before and after tests or presentations.]]></description>
