		<description><![CDATA[Oh My GOSH...how can they do that?! Someone didn&#039;t put on their thinking cap. The county should accept the offer and then place it in a 10 year conservation easement if they don&#039;t have the funds now to make into a park. There are land conservancies all across the country that have funding available to localities and groups - they could easily arrange an agreement and preserve this valuable open space in the midst of a rapidly growing region. Anyone?!?!?!?!??!?!?!]]></description>
