CHRISTIANSBURG – The Blacksburg boys and Christiansburg girls came away with team victories at the Blue Demon Invitational held Saturday in Christiansburg.
Noah Combs of Blacksburg won in a time of 16 minutes, 18 seconds. He was followed by Walker Mogen of Radford.
The hilly course was dominated on the girls’ side by Macey Schweikert of James W. Robinson of Fairfax. Jennifer Fleming of Blacksburg was third.
