Radford University board convenes to mull tuition, fee hike

RADFORD — Today the Radford University Board of Visitors will consider a proposed 3.2 percent tuition and mandatory fee increase for in-state students in 2012-13, based on a recommendation passed Thursday by the board’s business affairs committee.
