Dodge Booster Club fundraisers to be held this fall at Christiansburg and Pulaski high schools
Dodge brand and Shelor Motor Mile Dodge will team up with Christiansburg High School and Pulaski High School Booster Clubs before varsity football games this fall. There will be Dodge Booster Club fundraisers at Christiansburg High School on Friday, Sept. 7 from 4 to 7 p.m. and at Pulaski High School on Friday, Sept. 14 from 4 to 7 p.m.
Everyone in the community is invited to come out to test-drive the 2012 Dodge Durango, Journey, and Grand Caravan, and Dodge will donate money to these schools for each test drive. The Sept. 7 fundraiser will benefit the CHS Touchdown Club, and the Sept. 14 fundraiser will benefit Pulaski boys’ soccer teams. For each person who takes a brief test drive at the event, Dodge will donate $20 to the high school athletic program. Shelor Motor Mile Dodge will provide vehicles and dealership staff will assist with the test drives.
“We really love working with the parents and students in our community and enjoy the opportunity to help the local high school athletes,” said Dewey Rotenberry, manager of Shelor Dodge. “The Dodge school fundraisers are friendly and fun for everyone. I hope you will stop by and spend a few minutes with us to help raise needed funds for these local high schools.”
With the cooperation of local dealers such as Shelor Motor Mile Dodge in Christiansburg, the Dodge brand supports local schools and student enrichment programs in communities across the country. Last year, Dodge donated nearly $467,000 to local high school booster clubs through the Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser.
