Belview student wins poetry contest

Lilyanne Rascher was the winner of her category in the Montgomery County Education Foundation Poetry contest.

She was presented an iPad Mini on Feb. 2 during the MCEF Benefit Concert.

Lilyanne is a second grader at Belview Elementary School.
