Blacksburg Fire Department Auxiliary seeks sponsors/players for golf tournament
Come join us at the third-annual Blacksburg Fire Department Auxiliary Golf Tournament on Monday, Sept. 24, at the Blacksburg Country Club. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., and the shotgun tournament starts at 1 p.m.
The registration fee is $250 per team, which includes cart and green fees. Mulligans can be purchased ( three for $5/person). Proper golf attire is required. No jeans or T-shirts.
The awards ceremony will immediately follow the day of golf. Awards for the accomplishments of the day will be distributed, as well as various door prizes. Dinner will be provided at this time.

The Blacksburg Fire Department Auxiliary is an organization composed of firefighters’ spouses. Our organization offers support to the Blacksburg Fire Department on an as-needed, ongoing basis. We support the fire department in various ways including working annual events such as Steppin’ Out and BFD Open House.
We provide meals and assistance to the firefighters and other emergency personnel during emergencies, as well as at departmental trainings. We are in our fifth year of existence and looking forward to many more successful years in the Blacksburg community.
