Salem shuts out Blacksburg

Salem quarterback Matt Hill and his defensive teammates made Homecoming just a little more festive for Spartan fans on Friday night at Salem Stadium.
Hill tossed three touchdown passes, while the Salem defense held Blacksburg to just six first downs as the Spartans rolled to a 34-0 win. The victory keeps Salem (7-0, 2-0) perfect on the season.
