Adam Harman places 1st at USAPL state powerlifting competition

Adam Harman was named the Virginia state champion at the 2012 USAPL Virginia State Powerlifting Championships on Saturday, Oct. 27 in Richmond.
Harman’s best totals of bench, dead lift, and squat were 1525 for a first-place overall title.
