Three high school football teams from the New River Valley are in action tonight as the high school playoffs continue, and all three are on the road:

* Christiansburg at Hidden Valley
* Pulaski County at Salem
* Giles at John Battle

No matter which game you’re going to, weather journalist Kevin Myatt says to be prepared:

Take warm clothing wherever you go for high school football playoff action – nothing unexpected for November football. Highs will reach the 50s in the afternoon, but fall quickly through the 40s into the 30s during the games. There will be no precipitation, however.

We’re expecting photos from all three games, so check back for those. Last week, we had photos from Giles-James River from Matt Gentry of The Roanoke Times, Pulaski County-Magna Vista from Wendell Jones, and Christiansburg-Bassett from Jeannine Cooper.

You can share your photos at news@theburgs.com or use the “share” tool to upload 10 at a time. For more weather news, see Kevin’s Weather Journal.
