Demons better late than never
Five weeks after his Christiansburg football team was thrashed in a regular-season meeting with Hidden Valley, coach Tim Cromer had no qualms about returning to Dwight Bogle Stadium on Friday night.
“We don’t mind rematches in the playoffs,” Cromer said.
The Blue Demons were dominant in the Region IV Division 4 playoffs, getting four touchdowns from junior wingback Joey Augustin in a 31-6 victory over the Titans.
