Meredith Mitchell scored nine of her 11 points in the final period to lead the Cougars to a 58-50 River Ridge District win the Blue Demons.
Chelsea Golden added 12 points for Pulaski, while Jordan Chrisley scored 10.
Shannon Stuart led Christiansburg with a game-high 16 points.
