Deck the pets out with cute costumes, fa la la la la...

Get your pets ready for a Dickens of a Christmas pet costume contest on Friday, Dec. 21.

Bring your pet, all decked out in his or her finest winter wear, to Wachovia Plaza at 6:30. There is no entry fee and you can pre-register at Downtown Roanoke's Web site.There is no entry fee.

Prizes will be awarded for the most original, the cutest and the crowd favorite. So bring your cheering section and enjoy the holiday festivities.

And if you take any great photos, e-mail them to me and we will post them here on the blog.
