Back on the job

Hello blog readers:

You may have noticed that I have been away for a loooong time. Recovery from knee surgery went very well, even if months later I still find myself very tired.

I came back to work in the mid-summer and have spent most of the fall contemplating the future of The Happy Wag, ultimately deciding it was time to move on to other projects.

But in the end, I just can’t do it.

So, if you are still willing to check in here from time to time, I would be happy to use this space to bring you good news about pets and animal-related happenings here in the Roanoke Valley and beyond. And I’d still like to throw in a few amusing anecdotes about my critter crew, all of whom are still driving me joyfully crazy on a daily basis.

I want to thank you all for your patience. The Wag is back!

I’m so happy to see you have posted again!!!! When I saw on another blog (I think it may have been Amanda’s) where someone asked about this blog and she said you weren’t going to be here anymore, I was so disappointed. This is one of my favorite stops on the site. Glad to hear you and your critters are all doing well. Again, welcome back!
