Check It Out

It’s too darn cold

I often envy the life of my dogs.

They get to stay home and nap most of the day while my husband and I go to work to earn the money for dog food, toys, vet bills, etc.

But days like today, I think to myself, at least I don’t have to go outside when nature calls.

Days like today, it can take some convincing to motivate the move from the comfort of the chairs in the heated living room to the brutal temperature of the backyard.

And Melissa? Was not buying it. “No thanks,” she said. “I’m good right here.”
