This is Cami, a 6-month-old greyhound puppy currently up for adoption through Star City Greyhounds.
The name was inspired by her unusual brindle color combination of grey and cream, giving her a camouflage look.
She’s a tall girl — all legs and feet and tail wags and sweet smiles. She was dismissed by her breeder because she doesn’t have the right legs for the track (I don’t really get it because she has one on each corner and they seem to work in unison, no limping or other problems) and now she needs a home.
Phil and I met her this weekend at the Star City Greyhound Adoptions rummage sale fundraiser, and if we weren’t already at capacity at the Chez Nelson Resort and Spa for Pampered Pets, I think she would have come home with us.
If you know anyone looking for a sweet, gorgeous puppy girl, contact Star City Greyhounds (firstname.lastname@example.org) and take a good look at this beauty.
