Virginia Western to offer Certified Nursing Assistant training at Franklin Center

A certified nursing assistant training program is being offered by Virginia Western Community College. Classes will begin Monday at the Franklin Center for Advanced Learning & Enterprise. For more information, call 857-6407.

ROANOKE — Virginia Western Community College, in partnership with Generation Solutions, will provide Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training beginning Monday at the Franklin Center for Advanced Learning & Enterprise. At the completion of the four-week program, students are qualified to take board exam to be a licensed CNA.

The program sessions run from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Friday for the four weeks. Tuition for the entire training program is $825.
