Community association manager launches homeowner and condominium management services company

A community association manger has formed a company that provides management services to homeowner and condominium associations. Maureen Baker has created Association Management Solutions LLC located in Moneta.

Association Management Solutions, LLC has been formed by Maureen Baker to provide association management services to homeowner and condominium associations.  Maureen has been providing her expertise and serving associations in the Smith Mountain Lake and surrounding areas for 10 years.
Association Management Solutions is licensed by the Common Interest Community Board and complies with the State of Virginia regulations, including insurance and fidelity bond coverage.

Recently Maureen earned her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI).  She also holds a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and an AMS (Association Management Specialist) certification.

Association Management Solutions is located at 1050 Hendricks Store Road, Suite B, in Moneta, Virginia.

Maureen is also a Director on the ALAC (Association of Lake Area Communities) Board of Directors and is the Secretary on the Southwest Virginia Regional Counsel under the Central Virginia Chapter of CAI.

With the growing regulatory requirements from the State of Virginia, Association Management Solutions provides efficient and professional services, including administrative, operational, and managerial guidance, budget and contractor management, directing association personnel and overseeing compliance with association covenants and restrictions.
