Hall Associates awarded Turner Street Project in Blacksburg

The Virginia Tech Foundation has awarded the Turner Street Project management contract to Hall Associates Inc. The project is a four story building used for offices and retail. Hall Associates Director of Facilities Management Tommy Hendrix will be overseeing the project.

Hall Associates, Inc. was recently awarded the Turner Street Project management contract by the Virginia Tech Foundation. Director of Facilities Management, Tommy Hendrix of Hall Associates, will be overseeing this contract and will assign a full-time onsite property manager and maintenance technician to the premises. Hall Associates will also supervise the buildout of tenant spaces as they are leased.

The Turner Street Project, located at 212 Turner Street in Blacksburg VA, is a 4 story, 141,000 square foot mixed use office/retail building. The first floor will be used as retail space and the remaining three floors will be dedicated to Virginia Tech office space.

The Turner Street Project, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Virginia Tech Real Estate Foundation, Inc.
