Charles R. Simpson receives award from home builders association
Home building company, Charles R. Simpson Inc. received an award from the Roanoke Valley Home Builders Association. The 50 Year Membership Award was accepted by Roger Simpson, president of Charles R. Simpson and the RVHBA.

Roanoke, VA – The Roanoke Valley Home Builders Association awarded Charles R. Simpson, Inc. the 50 Year Membership Award at its fall membership meeting this November. Roger Simpson, president of Charles R. Simpson, was present to receive the award.
Longevity as a successful developer and custom homebuilder is a rarity, especially in today’s economy, and for one firm to carry on at such a high level of involvement in the association and industry continuously for 50 years is extremely rare.
Charles R. Simpson has been building quality homes and communities in the Roanoke region since 1959. Roger Simpson joined with his father in 1971. Roger has also served as president of the Roanoke Valley Home Builders Association and is presently an active member of the Board of Directors.
Charles R. Simpson, Inc. is an illustration of how quality never goes out of demand, regardless of the economy. Founder Charles R. Simpson (deceased) was a leader in our region with quality home construction, community development and a pioneer in the foundation and support of new home and real estate organizations.
