JCHS to hold info sessions for physician assistant program

Jefferson College of Health Sciences will host information sessions in the spring and summer about its Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant. Sessions will take place April 19, June 7 and July 19 from 10 a.m. to noon at Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital. Preregistration is required by emailing  retaylor@jchs.edu, and must include your name, email address and the session you will attend. More information about the program can be found here.

ROANOKE, Va. (Feb. 5, 2013) — Jefferson College of Health Sciences (JCHS), an affiliate of Carilion Clinic, invites those interested in learning more about our Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant (PA) to attend information sessions on the program this spring and summer.

Sessions will take place on the following Fridays:
•    April 19, 2013
•    June 7, 2013
•    July 19, 2013

Each session will be from 10 a.m. to noon, beginning in the third floor lobby of Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital, 101 Elm Street SE, Roanoke, VA  24013

At this event, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the program, the PA profession and how to apply. In addition, representatives from the JCHS PA program will be on hand to speak individually with prospective students and their families.

Those planning to attend should preregister by e-mailing retaylor@jchs.edu with their name, e-mail address and the session they will be attending. Please note that all sessions will begin promptly at 10 a.m.
