This is the fifth consecutive year Microscope.com has earned this recognition. Microscope.com’s customer service, selection and helpful website features helped earn the award.

The store achieved a perfect 10 rating across five key criteria of Inventory, Site Features, Support & Shipping and Value and ranked ahead of Amazon which can hardly be viewed as a microscope retailer. The company carries inventory of their house brand of microscope, Omano, as well as brands such as Dino-Lite, Motic, Meiji Techno and National Optical. Most orders are shipped the same day.

In terms of support, the review cited both the Live Chat feature and telephone service.
