Tug for Tots Raises Money for CHIP

Officer Chris Collins, 25,  at the front of the rope helps the Western Virginia Regional Jail team beat the eight year champion, the Roanoke City Sheriff's Department, on Friday at the CHIP fundraiser, "Tug for Tots," at Salem High School.
