The chill is backPosted Sep29, 2007 at 06:03 PMA low of 48 this morning, a rather average high of 77 today and probably another similar temperature range on Sunday will ensure that this month does not go down as the warmest September on record. It will probably rank among the top dozen or so in the 59 years of official weather record-keeping at Roanoke Regional Airport, but won't finish as the hottest.
